WE DO SAME DAY DELIVERY IN MILTON KEYNES AND SURROUNDING AREAS 7 DAYS A WEEK WHEN YOU ORDER BEFORE 2PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY AND 12PM ON WEEKENDS.

ONLINE. THERE IS A MINIMUM ONLINE ORDER OF £35
We use UK MAIL as courier for deliveries beyond Milton Keynes.
We AIM to despatch all frozen orders same day for next day delivery when ordered Monday to Thursday up to 12pm. However this may vary depending on stock levels and/or demands.
Frozen parcels must be checked on delivery by the customer for quality. Any quality issue with the food must be reported by phone or email within 12 hours of delivery. We cannot take responsibility for any issue with the quality of the food after 12 hours of delivery.
All parcels are delivered on a "no signature required" policy. If your not home and you have not specified a specific location to leave the parcel, the driver will leave your parcel in the safest place he can find or with a neighbour. We cannot take responsibility for any liability once the parcel is delivered.
Non Frozen orders
All none frozen orders may take up to 4 working days for delivery.
"No signature required" policy also applies.
We do not despatch at weekends or bank holidays.
**MINIMUM ORDER FOR SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS IS £50. EXTRA COSTS WILL APPLY FOR ORDERS LESS THAN £50.

Return or Exchange Returns Policy
Here at Walnut Pet Supplies we offer a 28 day returns policy, so if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return the item unopened in its original packaging. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. You are required to pay the carriage to return the goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you. You will be refunded the full amount for the goods however postage and packing will not be refunded.
Return via your country’s mail service Recorded Delivery – this option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to request to send the goods back using the relevant service.
You can e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and once we are in receipt of the goods we aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 72 hours.
If you think the goods you have received are faulty or if you have been sent the wrong item, please call us on 01908 661533 (Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.30pm) or email email@example.com. Under these circumstances we are happy to offer you an exchange should you want one or a refund. Cost of delivery will also be refunded.
Order Cancellation Policy
If upon cancelling an order after it has been processed and/or dispatched a restocking fee will be charged. This fee will be the shipping amount of your order transaction resulting in only the items being refunded.
Refunds will not be issued until all merchandise is received back into the store. Worn Again is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items in the mail.
Payment for goods is to be made by credit or debit card only through our online payment gateway. Please note should your credit or debit card have insufficient credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.
Goods remain the property of Walnut Pet Supplies until payment has been received in full.
Walnut Pet Supplies is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail and upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges and fees incurred from customs clearance including any duties and additional taxes.
